"Add Drama to your life” – by Nivedita Bhattacharjee
Many people speak but how many can communicate? The theatre-loving people of Calcutta became part of an enthralling session on how to add drama to their everyday lives. And needless to say, what a show it was! TED speaker and a noted theatre personality Nivedita Bhattacharjee won the audience’s heart with a gripping session. At the end of the session it was ensured the attendees go back with better communication skills.
“The Art of Selling” by Subhash Kamath
Selling is something that people of different walks of life are associated with, yet very few can master the skills of it. Subhash Kamath, CEO, BBH India, was in town on 29th August only to share his vast knowledge and experience in what concerns us most, “selling”. Preparation, confidence-building, attitude, what to present, what not to present and how to present – Kamath conducted a whole day workshop on all these nuisances of the Art of Selling. Film clippings, advertising case-studies from all around the world made it a jam-packed session which at the end of the day, as Advertising Club Calcutta promised, got the audience sold.
